Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

• You do not have the receipt or proof of purchase
• Requests for refund were received 14 calendar days past the Order date

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.

Subscription Cancellation

To Cancel Your Annual Subscription, please submit in writing 90 days prior to the original annual license renewal date. Subscriptions not cancelled within 90 Days of the anniversary of the original annual license date will be automatically renewed.
